How does the waitlist work?+
MelQart is in invite-only early access. Join the waitlist and we'll send a private invite when your category opens. We roll out by category to keep matching precision high.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Pro-rated billing through Paddle. Your data, history, and integrations move with you.
What counts as a "competitor"?+
Any storefront we monitor for you. We pull their full catalogue, normalise it, and match products to yours. Each storefront counts as one competitor against your plan limit.
What does Atlas auto-pilot actually do?+
It reads your matched products every day, drafts price changes for any product where a competitor is undercutting, and — if you flip the auto-pilot switch — pushes those drafts directly to Shopify within the guardrails you set (min margin, max daily change, MAP-bound exclusion).
Do you support stores outside the GCC?+
Yes. MelQart was built in the GCC and supports 14 currencies, but the engine works on any e-commerce store, anywhere. Shopify, Salla, Zid, and Vendure are wired up today.
