Pay for coverage,
never for seats.

Plans are metered on what MelQart actually does for you — how many products it matches, how many competitors it monitors, and how often it refreshes. Invite your whole team on any plan.

On automation: every plan is approval-first. Auto-apply exists, but it is opt-in, unlocked only after your review record earns the trust score for it — and every applied change is logged. There is no fully hands-off mode, on any plan, at any price.

Questions, answered plainly.

How does the trial work?

Every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day trial of the full plan — your catalog, your competitors, real observations. No card is required to start; we ask for billing only when you decide to stay. If you do not, the workspace pauses and your records remain exportable.

What happens when I exceed my plan limits?

Nothing breaks and nothing is silently dropped. Products and competitors already under coverage keep refreshing on schedule. Anything beyond the cap waits in an unwatched queue, labelled with the reason — "over plan limit" — so you always know exactly what is not being monitored. We will suggest an upgrade; we never auto-charge for overage.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly and cancellation is one step from Billing — no calls, no retention flow. Access runs to the end of the paid period, and you can export your observation history and decision log before or after you cancel.

Does MelQart ever change my prices on its own?

Not by default, on any plan. MelQart recommends, shows the evidence, and waits for your approval. Auto-apply is opt-in and gated behind a trust score earned by your own review record. If a recommendation breaches a guardrail, approve is disabled with the reason stated — an override is a separate, named, logged act.

Why do you not charge per seat?

Seats do not measure what MelQart does for you. Cost scales with coverage — products matched, competitors monitored, refresh frequency — so that is what plans meter. Invite your whole team on any plan; a second pair of eyes on a pricing decision should never cost extra.

How fresh is the data, honestly?

As fresh as your plan refresh cadence — every 7 days, every 24 hours, or every 6 hours. Every figure carries its observation time, and freshness is graded: under 24 h is current, 24–96 h is flagged stale, older is marked dead rather than quietly reused. When a source cannot be read — sites do block monitoring from time to time — you see the gap and the reason, never an interpolated number.
