MelQart provides competitive intelligence tools for e-commerce businesses, including but not limited to: competitor price monitoring, product catalogue tracking, AI-powered analysis and briefings, product matching across competitor catalogues, SEO and advertising analysis, and market signal aggregation. The Service collects and processes publicly available data from competitor websites to deliver actionable insights to our users.

All payment processing for MelQart is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages all aspects of payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance on our behalf.
The Scout plan is available at no cost with limited features. The free tier is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Free tier users are subject to the same Terms as paid subscribers. We reserve the right to impose additional limitations on free accounts.
MelQart collects publicly available data from competitor websites, including product listings, prices, availability, and other publicly displayed information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

MelQart and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation. "MelQart" and our logo are trademarks of MelQart Technologies.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service (your store data, product catalogues, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MelQart and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
