MelQart uses Paddle.com Market Limitedas its Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, refunds, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf. When you purchase a subscription, your transaction is processed by Paddle, and Paddle's terms apply to the payment.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Merchant and Flagship). If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
To request a refund, email us at support@melqart.me within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and the reason for your request. We will process the refund through Paddle within 5-10 business days.
After the 14-day window, we do not offer pro-rated refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
The Scout plan is completely free. No payment information is required, and therefore no refund is applicable. You can use the free tier indefinitely with no obligation.
You can downgrade your plan at any time (e.g., from Flagship to Merchant, or from any paid plan to Scout):
If you have a billing issue or dispute, please contact us first at support@melqart.me. We aim to resolve all billing concerns within 2 business days.
If we are unable to resolve your dispute, you may contact Paddle directly through their support channels. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle has final authority over payment disputes and chargebacks.
